These terms apply to your use of the Daykeep app and this website. By installing or using Daykeep you agree to them.
1. The app
Daykeep is a daily planner for Android with tasks, lists, reminders, document scanning, a whiteboard and related tools. The free version has no time limit; some features require Daykeep Premium.
2. Your content
Everything you create in Daykeep belongs to you and is stored on your device. You are responsible for your content and for keeping backups. If you uninstall the app or lose your device without a backup, your data cannot be recovered by us.
3. Shared lists
When you share a list, anyone with a valid link can view it, and people who join can edit it. Only share lists with people you trust, and do not use shared lists for unlawful, harmful or infringing content. We may close lists that break these terms.
4. Premium and payments
Premium is sold through Google Play as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payments are handled by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies.
5. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the app or its servers, or access other people's data without permission.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Daykeep reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features over time. Some updates may be required to keep using the app.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Daykeep is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, missed reminders or data loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

9. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with an updated effective date.
